Graphic Designer & Brand Assistant Are you a creative with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for bringing brands to life? Spendless is on the lookout for a Graphic Designer to join our Brand team. This is your opportunity to work across some of Australia’s most recognised footwear brands, including Wildfire, Vybe, Everflex and Olympus. As part of our dynamic brand team, you’ll focus on the design and execution of creative assets across digital, retail, and brand channels. From campaign rollouts and social assets to in-store and promotional materials, you’ll play a key role in ensuring all creative is on-brand, visually engaging, and delivered to a high standard. About the role This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes design, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working across a variety of projects. You’ll collaborate closely with the brand and teams to deliver campaign creative, while also supporting broader brand initiatives as needed. Expect a supportive, energetic environment where creativity is valued, ideas are encouraged, and your work has real impact. Key Responsibilities
- Design and build EDMs across all brands
- Create and maintain internal communications (including The Rundown)
- Adapt campaign and sale assets for paid media
- Develop event graphics and content overlays
- Design website assets (homepage banners, tiles, mega menus)
- Produce internal documents (team directories, policies, presentations, certificates)
- Create light in-store signage and shopping centre hoardings
- Assist with wholesale lookbooks and brand collateral
- Ad-hoc retouching/editing of eCommerce imagery
- Liaise with printers and external suppliers
Marketing & Brand Support - Assist with shoot and event preparation
- Package influencer and PR parcels
- Support campaign reporting
- Manage the marketing inbox and respond to enquiries
- Update and maintain the marketing calendar
- General administration responsibilities including saving assets, file management, uploading promotional sales to centre portals, updating marketing contact databases
To be successful you will be - Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive mindset
- A team player who’s happy to jump in wherever needed
- A degree in Graphic Design (preferred but not essential)
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
