We are seeking a energetic, super organised and forward-thinking Supply Chain Analyst in our Distribution Centre at our National Support Centre, based here in Adelaide.

ABOUT THE ROLE....

The Supply Chain Analyst's primary role is to maximise our National Distribution Centre efficiency and productivity. They are responsible for daily data analysis and processing,  for ensuring the Distribution Centre is running at optimum efficiency. This includes daily workflow planning and administration as well as seasonal space and workforce planning. As part of the National Support Team, you will play your role in ensuring that SPENDLESS SHOES will continue to be the friendliest shoe people in the world!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES...

• Creating recommendations based on business requirements for new and current operational initiatives.
• Providing operational modelling with factual modelling for future resource planning.
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports across a variety of data sets to support decision-making.
• Identifying themes in the data, effectively “bringing the numbers to life” and making recommendations based on your findings.
• Building exceptional relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Identifying opportunities and implementing recommendations for process improvement.
• Support the distribution team in achieving its ambitious efficiency targets in a risk-controlled way, by building and improving processes and supporting systems across the end-to-end sales and service workflow.
• Work with the team to identify pain points, gaps, inefficiencies, and risks.
• Experience in documenting processes, requirements, and solutions.
• Bring a customer focus to everything you do.
• Great communication and interpersonal skills - able to work with a diverse range of stakeholders across teams and locations.
• Enjoys problem solving with a high degree of autonomy. 
• Energised by, and experience of working within a relatively unstructured and fast paced environment.

YOUR SKILLS...

• Understanding of warehousing and logistics operations
• Familiar with Manhattan SCALE
• Exposure to Power BI and dashboard reporting highly desirable
• Proven analytical skill set
• Exposure to operational warehousing environments desirable
• Comfortable working with large data sets, from varied sources to reach outcomes
• Bachelor’s degree in a business or related discipline
