Senior Planner National Support Office Join The Shoe Group as a Senior Planner in a national business based in Adelaide! We're looking for a strategic and hands on Senior Planner to lead a dynamic team that delivers results, keep our top sellers stocked and streamline slow movers. You’ll combine strong financial planning with the practical, customer focused energy that defines both Spendless and Corasol making sure every store has the right product, in the right place, at the right time. What you’ll be doing - Strategic Planning – Develop seasonal product and assortment plans that align with business goals, influence range decisions, and optimise store-level performance through data-driven insights.
- Smart Stock Management – Maintain optimal stock levels through effective allocation, replenishment, that drive sales and minimise markdowns.
- Financial Guardianship – Manage open to buy (OTB), margins, and FX exposure.
- Driving Growth – Use insights and analytics to increase department sales and profitability.
- Team Leadership – Coach and develop a high-performing team of Merchandise Allocators.
What you’ll bring - Proven experience in retail merchandise planning
- Demonstrated success in managing OTB, stock levels, markdowns, and financial KPIs.
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and mentor a planning or allocations team.
- Strong analytical skills, Excel/BI capability, and a data-first decision-making style.
- A commercial mindset with a focus on growth, problem-solving and collaboration.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance, Supply Chain or a related field.
