Property and Accounts Administrator Are you highly organised, detail focused, and passionate about delivering exceptional support? The Shoe Group is seeking a Property and Accounts Administrator to join our team in a Part Time capacity at the National Support Office. This role plays a key part in managing property administration with a strong focus on financial processes, and ensuring all rental payments and property related charges are processed accurately and on time across our national store network. You will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure everything runs seamlessly, while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism. What you will be Responsible for:- Review, code, reconcile and approve rental payments for 200+ stores
- File and maintain all remittances
Update and manage property software (Lease Eagle) with current lease details Provide monthly and annual sales reports to landlords Coordinate insurance certificates for each store and issue to landlords Prepare and generate reports for management Deliver ad-hoc administrative support to the team as required
Skills & Experience:Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines High attention to detail and accuracy Results driven with a proactive approach to improving processes Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Comfortable working independently as well as within a team Enjoys a varied role and taking on responsibility Dedicated, motivated, and approachable
