Maintenance & Project Coordinator We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Maintenance & Project Coordinator to join our Property team. In this exciting role, you’ll oversee new store openings, refurbishments, relocations, and ongoing maintenance across the store network. You’ll be the key link between contractors, landlords, designers, and internal teams. Making sure every project runs smoothly, on time, and within budget. What You’ll Do - Coordinate end-to-end store projects: openings, refurbishments, relocations, and maintenance
- Liaise with centre management, shopfitters, designers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare and manage project documentation, briefs, layouts, and scopes of work
- Oversee design, construction, and defect management
- Identify opportunities for cost savings while managing budgets and approvals
- Ensure all maintenance works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard
- Promote and uphold workplace Health, Safety, and Wellbeing policies
What You’ll Bring - Proven project management experience, ideally in building or retail construction
- Strong organisational, problem solving, and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Office Suite
- Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and approve expenditure
- A proactive mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Architecture or Project Management (desirable, not essential)
