Customer Experience Coordinator

 

We are seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team on a Monday to Friday basis, with genuine opportunities for career progression. Based at our Support Centre in Gillman, South Australia, this role is ideal for someone looking to build their career in Retail or Administration, or a student currently studying Communications, Business, or a related field.

 

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will manage a wide range of customer enquiries across phone, social media and Zendesk (live chat, tickets, and contact forms), while also supporting our Operations team with administrative tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly, efficient, and supportive customer service via phone, email, and live chat
  • Process customer phone orders
  • Communicate with stores regarding customer orders and enquiries
  • Review orders and update customers on progress or actions taken
  • Liaise with stores regarding Click & Collect 
  • Assist with recruitment and wholesale administration
  • Provide general administrative support across the business as required
  • Manage damaged stock approvals
  • Oversee the front reception desk, including visitors and couriers to the Support Centre
  • Maintain a strong customer-first focus at all times
