NSW State Manager

As the NSW State Manager at Spendless, you will oversee a portfolio of high-volume stores including Penrith, Narellan, and Macarthur Square with Area Managers reporting directly to you. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across the state, ensuring alignment to retail strategy and maximising performance across multiple locations.

About You

You lead from the front, balancing priorities while ensuring operational efficiency and consistent results. A key focus of this role is coaching, developing and leading a high-performing NSW Area Management team, building capability and accountability to achieve business outcomes.

This opportunity is well suited to a Senior Area Manager or experienced leader with a proven track record in multi-site operations and leading leaders.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity and customer outcomes
• Partner with senior leadership to align state performance with broader business goals
